Fernley Estates Senior Living and Memory Care is the recipient of the Pinnacle Quality Insights’ 2022 Customer Experience AwardTM, for scoring in the top 15% of the nation over a 12-month period in the categories of Variety of Food/Menu Choices, Transportation Needs, and Safety and Security.

Over the course of 2021, a sampling of Fernley Estates’ residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Fernley Estates in specific categories. Additionally, every month Fernley Estates gathered real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary.
